I am based between the UK and East Africa where I’m carrying out social documentary photography projects as well as continuing my ongoing large format portraiture projects. I am currently preparing an interactive, immersive exhibition on Nairobi and its dwellers in London.
Photography is my passion, and for over 15 years now, my work has combined commercial, reportage, and art/experimental work.
My NGO work includes Amnesty International – Torture in Philippines. I have worked with Catherine Karnow on feature reportages for National Geographic Traveller and Smithsonian Magazine – The Long and Winding History of the Thames, with Justin Barton and James Harris on grand interiors and antique object shoots using large format cameras, and have had work published at Songlines – Womad 2013 magazine for Womad Festival.
